Marion’s Healthy Salad, created by Paseo Pointe School student Marion Colum, was served at all eight Laveen schools on September 25. The dish led to Marion being named a finalist in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Walk On! Kids Cooking Challenge last spring.
